FinScope(usefinscope.com, 이하 "본 사이트")는 미국 주식·ETF의 최대낙폭(MDD), 낙폭 분포, 회복기간 등 시장 데이터를 정보 제공 목적으로 보여주는 정적 웹사이트입니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 본 사이트의 서버는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 다만 아래에 설명하는 제3자 서비스(광고·방문 통계)는 광고 게재와 통계 산출 과정에서 스스로 데이터를 처리하며, 이는 사이트가 직접 수집하는 정보와 구분됩니다.
수집·이용하는 정보
- 방문 통계: Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용합니다. 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며, 개인을 식별하지 않는 집계 지표(페이지뷰·방문 수)만 측정합니다.
- 브라우저 로컬 저장(localStorage): 언어 설정(KO/EN)과 관심목록의 종목·비중은 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 관심목록 동기화 코드를 만들면 종목·비중 목록이 무작위 코드에 매핑되어 Cloudflare KV에 저장됩니다 — 여기에는 이름·이메일·IP 주소 등 개인 식별정보가 포함되지 않고, 코드를 아는 사람만 그 목록을 불러올 수 있으며, 마지막 저장(생성·갱신)으로부터 최대 1년 후 자동 삭제됩니다(코드를 불러오기만 해서는 보관 기간이 연장되지 않습니다).
- 본 사이트가 그 외에 직접 수집·저장하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
쿠키 및 광고 (Google AdSense)

FinScope (usefinscope.com, "the Site") is a static website that displays market data — such as the maximum drawdown (MDD), drawdown distribution, and recovery time of US stocks and ETFs — for informational purposes. The Site has no accounts or logins, andthe Site's own servers do not collect or store personal information. The third-party services described below (advertising and analytics), however, process data on their own as part of serving ads and measuring traffic — that processing is distinct from anything the Site collects directly.
Information We Use
- Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and measures only aggregate, non-identifying metrics (page views, visits).
- Browser-local storage (localStorage): your language choice (KO/EN) and the tickers and weights in your watchlist are stored only in your browser and are not sent to any server. If you create a watchlist sync code, the ticker/weight list is stored in Cloudflare KV under a random code — it contains no name, email, IP address, or other personal identifiers, can only be retrieved by someone who knows the code, and is deleted automatically at most one year after it was last saved (reading a code does not extend this).
- Beyond that, the Site collects and stores no personal data directly.
Cookies & Advertising (Google AdSense)
The Site may use Google AdSense to serve third-party advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies, web beacons (pixels), and device or advertising identifiers to serve, measure, and protect ads. As part of that, these vendors may collect and process data such as your IP address (which can be used to estimate an approximate location), browser and device information, the URLs of pages you view, and your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
