FinScope(usefinscope.com, 이하 "본 사이트")는 미국 주식·ETF의 최대낙폭(MDD), 낙폭 분포, 회복기간 등 시장 데이터를 정보 제공 목적으로 보여주는 정적 웹사이트입니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 본 사이트의 서버는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 다만 아래에 설명하는 제3자 서비스(광고·방문 통계)는 광고 게재와 통계 산출 과정에서 스스로 데이터를 처리하며, 이는 사이트가 직접 수집하는 정보와 구분됩니다. 광고 서비스가 비활성화된 빌드에서는 AdSense 광고 요청을 보내지 않습니다.
수집·이용하는 정보
- 방문 통계: Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용합니다. 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며, 개인을 식별하지 않는 집계 지표(페이지뷰·방문 수)만 측정합니다.
- 브라우저 로컬 저장(localStorage): 언어 설정(KO/EN)과 관심목록의 종목·비중은 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 관심목록 동기화 코드를 만들면 종목·비중 목록이 무작위 코드에 매핑되어 Cloudflare KV에 저장됩니다 — 여기에는 이름·이메일·IP 주소 등 개인 식별정보가 포함되지 않고, 코드를 아는 사람만 그 목록을 불러올 수 있으며, 마지막 저장(생성·갱신)으로부터 최대 1년 후 자동 삭제됩니다(코드를 불러오기만 해서는 보관 기간이 연장되지 않습니다).
- ‘AI 검색’(헤더)과 스크리너 ‘AI 조건 검색’: 입력한 문장은 질문에 답하거나 필터로 바꾸기 위해 Anthropic의 Claude API로 전송되며(답변에 필요한 FinScope 공개 데이터도 함께 전송됩니다), Anthropic의 API 데이터 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. FinScope는 입력 문장을 저장하지 않습니다. 남용을 막기 위해 IP 주소를 단방향 해시로 바꾼 값과 요청 횟수만 최대 3일간 보관합니다. 이 입력창에는 이름·연락처 같은 개인정보를 쓰지 마세요.
- 본 사이트가 그 외에 직접 수집·저장하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
쿠키 및 광고 (Google AdSense)
본 사이트의 광고 코드는 기본적으로 비활성 상태입니다. AdSense 계정 승인, 관련 지역의 Google 인증 CMP, 상업적 데이터 사용 권리, 페이지별 적격 검토가 모두 명시적으로 확인되어야 광고 스크립트와 광고 단위가 포함됩니다. 소유권 확인용 google-adsense-account 메타 태그와ads.txt만으로는 광고 요청을 보내거나 광고 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다.

현재는 광고가 비활성 상태이므로 동의 관리 도구가 로드되지 않으며, 수집한 동의 기록도 없습니다. 따라서 해당 항목은 동작하지 않는 버튼을 남기지 않도록동의 관리 도구가 실제로 실행될 때에만 표시됩니다.

Privacy Policy
FinScope (usefinscope.com, "the Site") is a static website that displays market data — such as the maximum drawdown (MDD), drawdown distribution, and recovery time of US stocks and ETFs — for informational purposes. The Site has no accounts or logins, andthe Site's own servers do not collect or store personal information. The third-party services described below (advertising and analytics), however, process data on their own as part of serving ads and measuring traffic — that processing is distinct from anything the Site collects directly. A build with advertising disabled sends no AdSense ad request.
Information We Use
- Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and measures only aggregate, non-identifying metrics (page views, visits).
- Browser-local storage (localStorage): your language choice (KO/EN) and the tickers and weights in your watchlist are stored only in your browser and are not sent to any server. If you create a watchlist sync code, the ticker/weight list is stored in Cloudflare KV under a random code — it contains no name, email, IP address, or other personal identifiers, can only be retrieved by someone who knows the code, and is deleted automatically at most one year after it was last saved (reading a code does not extend this).
- Header “AI search” and the screener’s AI search: the text you type is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to answer your question or turn it into filters (together with the public FinScope data needed for the answer), and is handled under Anthropic’s API data policies. FinScope does not store the text. To prevent abuse, we keep only a one-way hash of your IP address and a request count, for at most three days. Please don’t type personal details such as names or contact information into this box.
- Beyond that, the Site collects and stores no personal data directly.
Cookies & Advertising (Google AdSense)
Advertising code is disabled by default. The AdSense account approval, a Google-certified CMP for relevant regions, commercial data rights, and page-level eligibility must all be explicitly confirmed before the build includes an ad script or ad unit. The ownership-onlygoogle-adsense-account meta tag and ads.txt do not by themselves request an ad or set an advertising cookie.
The Site may use Google AdSense to serve third-party advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies, web beacons (pixels), and device or advertising identifiers to serve, measure, and protect ads. As part of that, these vendors may collect and process data such as your IP address (which can be used to estimate an approximate location), browser and device information, the URLs of pages you view, and your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

If advertising is enabled, it is limited to content pages explicitly marked eligible after review. Legal, contact, tool-entry, error, and noindex pages (including this one) carry no advertising.

- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site sets no cookies of its own, so this does not affect using the Site.
- You can clear the Site's localStorage (language choice, watchlist) at any time via your browser's site-data controls.
