데이터 출처와 귀속

가격·수익률 데이터는 Yahoo Finance, 환율 데이터는 유럽중앙은행(ECB) / Frankfurter 등 공개 소스에서 수집합니다. 원천 데이터의 권리는 각 제공자에게 있으며, finscope는 이를 가공해 산출한 최대낙폭(MDD)·회복기간·위험지표·분석 서술 등 2차 산출물을 제공합니다. 데이터는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며 정확성·완전성을 보장하지 않습니다.

지식재산권

사이트의 디자인·분석 서술·산출 지표 등 finscope가 직접 만든 콘텐츠의 권리는 finscope에 있습니다. 원천 시세·환율 데이터의 권리는 위 각 출처에 귀속됩니다.

Price and return data come from Yahoo Finance, and exchange-rate data from the European Central Bank (ECB) / Frankfurter, among other public sources. Rights in the source data belong to their respective providers; finscope provides the derived outputs computed from them — maximum drawdown (MDD), recovery time, risk metrics and written analysis. Data is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

Intellectual property

Rights in content finscope creates itself — the design, written analysis and computed metrics — belong to finscope. Rights in the underlying price and FX data belong to the sources above.
